Pinpointing the weakest part of
the vehicle's door, peel-and-steal attackers seek to bypass the locking
mechanism by pulling the door away from the van at the corners and top of the
panel to create an access point to the vehicle's contents.
Fitted to the front edge of
either the n/s (driver side) or o/s (passenger side) sliding door, the
Anti-Peel Kit strengthens these vulnerable edges. When a peel and steal attack
is attempted, the Anti-Peel's 304 stainless steel design evenly distributes force
across the kit, lowering the attacker's ability to peel the door and increasing
resistance by 3000%.
The Anti-Peel Kit requires
minimal maintenance, automatically activating when your door is shut to provide
extra piece of mind that your van, and its contents, are secure.
For enhanced protection, we recommend using this product in conjunction with the Hook Lock in the high position of the rear end of the same side load door to add an additional locking point to the door.
